Greetings,

Welcome to the Civil Air Patrol Clark County Squadron website.
The Civil Air Patrol is the official Auxiliary for the United States Air Force. We are the nation's finest all volunteer force for emergency services such as search and rescue, homeland security and disaster relief.

The Clark County Squadron currently has 80 officers assigned to the unit. We currently have three aircraft available for search and rescue operations. The administrative offices for the unit are located on Nellis AFB and our mission base operations center is located on North Las Vegas Airport.

If you are interested in joining the Civil Air Patrol our meetings are the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 1900 hours at the North Las Vegas Airport.

Joseph M. Vallone, Major, CAP
Commander

If you are a pilot, or you would like to be, CAP has plenty of opportunities tailor-made for you. CAP owns the largest fleet of single-engine piston aircraft in the nation, and CAP pilots are able to fly those planes to perform CAP missions in service to their local communities.
We make a difference one mission at a time. You could become part of our organization and lend a hand, even if you only have a few hours per month to give.
